Rescheduled Appointments and Cancellations

We have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy.


When you cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more in advance, we can help another patient feel better during that time slot.


We love making time for our patients.


When you arrive on time, we can give you, and everyone else, our full attention.

No Show / Late Cancellation Fee

When you don't cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, we charge a NO SHOW/Late Cancellation fee of $75.


We will charge your card on file at the end of the day.


When you are late for your appointment, you may lose some of your session time.


Be kind and give us 24 hour advance notice when you need to cancel or reschedule.


It’s a policy that helps everyone receive the care they deserve.
