We are excited to offer online patient scheduling, to better fit chiropractic into your busy lifestyle. Please call Golden Chiropractic at 831-761-2212 to receive a PIN for access to our online network. Once registered on our secure system, you can fill out your personal and insurance provider information, record your initial complaint or injury, and schedule your first visit. These first steps save you time at the office as well as reduce paper consumption; both you and the environment are improved!

What to expect on your first visit:

Check in: Our friendly reception staff will check you in and provide you with any necessary paperwork. Our staff is available to answer questions you may have and verify insurance coverage. Meet the Doctor: Dr. Goldi Jacques-Maynes will speak with you and ask you questions about your complaint. She will perform an exam, x-rays and any other diagnostic tests to ensure that you do, in fact, have a chiropractic problem. Consult: Dr. Goldi will discuss treatment options with you and lay out a treatment plan specific to your condition. Your health is always your choice. =Treatment: Your treatment may begin today!

Please allow 30-45 minutes for the first appointment. If your site of pain will be obstructed during the exam by clothing (e.g., wearing tight jeans with a knee injury), please come to your appointment dressed appropriately in gym shorts, tank top, etc. Finally, we want your treatments to be as relaxing as possible.
