Massage

Massage is a time-honored therapy that addresses the soft tissue system. Massage is a system of stroking, pressing and kneading the muscles. The benefits are to reduce muscular tension, increase range of motion/flexibility, improved circulation, decrease pain, stress reduction and create a state of relaxation. You do not need to be a chiropractic patient to enjoy our massage services.

Our massage therapist, Monica Ferreira, has over 800 hours of training from the National Holistic Institute in San Jose. Monica joins the staff at Golden Chiropractic to offer a client-centered massage experience. Monica enjoys helping people relax, release their tension and feel better.
